We use 3 rd Party Delivery Services Like Shiprocket, Delhivery etc to deliver our orders in India, So far they have been delivering our products swift & securely all over India.
We use the services of FedEx, DHL & Speed Post to deliver our orders internationally We work with the best courier companies and have chosen the best grade of their service which provides live tracking, dedicated customer service agent, door to door delivery, safety, delivery proof (location stamp), fastest delivery of your parcels, and ensures delivery of the parcel to your doorstep. If the parcel gets lost in transit which is an extremely rare occurrence, we will take full responsibility to send you a replacement or issue you a 50% refund of the product (Excluding Govt. charges)
Our packaging is extremely secure and tamper-proof. All products are securely packed with great care and handed over to our courier partners. Any damage to the products in transit is extremely rare however if there is any damage to the products in transit you should report it immediately after receipt of the parcel. We do not offer a COD (Cash On Delivery) facility for our orders, We offer free shipping on orders worth more than INR 3000 in India. The estimated shipping mentioned on the checkout may vary after the parcel is packed. This usually happens when you have ordered multiple items having varying dimensions. In most cases, the estimated shipping charges and actual shipping charges are the same. If the difference is very high and cannot be absorbed we will send you an email with the payment link to pay the balance charges along the images of the weight and dimensions of your
parcel.
The shipping charges vary as per the weight and dimension of the parcel, note that we do not have margins over our shipping charges, these rates are provided by the courier companies, and we forward those charges to you.
How much time does it take for shipments to reach? Domestic Orders (India) In India, it takes 4-5 days for parcels to reach post shipping via Blue Dart. In Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata it takes only 2-3 days. (Please note the product will be sent post-Japa & Siddhi Only, So kindly consider this as transit time only and
does not include Japa & Siddhi time.) If we send it via post, it may take up to 8 working days
International Orders It takes 8-9 working days post shipping via FedEx and DHL. If we use Post it can take 14-15 days depending on the shipping country. The parcel may get delayed due to customs clearance events. (Please note the product will be sent post-Japa & Siddhi Only, So kindly consider this as transit time only and omits Japa & Siddhi time.) Will I be charged customs duty? From our side, we declare the parcel at minimum value, so you won’t be charged customs duty and most of the shipments are received by the customers without any duty charge being levied on them. However, customs duties if applicable have to be borne by the recipient of the goods.

CUSTOM DUTIES?
Custom duties & tax laws vary from country to country. While most of our shipments do not attract any duty, in case there is any tax applicable, it needs to be borne by the consignee.

REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION
You do not have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund or CANCEL the order in any case for the full amount of the item purchased for either Yantras OR Lockets, As the Japa & Siddhi is performed on your name and it cannot be used by any other person until at-least 3-5 years from the date of completion of Siddhi from our end.
